Delivery within Australia is free, with any orders of $100 and over, and $10 for any orders under $100.
We use the Australia Post e-parcel system and all orders are sent via road.
Standard delivery time is between 4-10 working days, dependent on location.
Please note that if no-one is available to accept delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.
All orders are sent to our warehouse to start the picking process the morning after you place your order.
Express post delivery is through Australia Post, dependent on your location it can take 1-5 days to be delivered once dispatched.
We do ship to New Zealand for a flat fee of $40.
Standard delivery time is 7-14 working days.
If you wish to return your item you are more than welcome to for a:
- Exchange to another size (subject to availability)
- Online credit which has no expiry to use for your next purchase
- Refund of your original payment method – strictly only for full price items, we do not refund any sale items.
Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition packaged as they were received, with all shoe stuffing and paper in good condition. Shoes must not be worn and they must be returned in the shoebox – ensure the shoebox is sent back within another box. Our shoebox is not be marked in any way or your return will not be accepted.
Please send your return via registered post to Planet Shoes c/o Smith Lewis & Staff, 21 – 23 Jets Courts, Tullamarine, VIC, 3045 with a complete returns form which will be sent with your order. Returns will not be processed if the form is not complete.
Please return your shoes within 14 days of receiving your order, if this time period has passed emailprior to sending them back. Your return will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your request is complete.
We are not able to hold items for exchanges, to avoid disappointment you are welcome to place an order for your desired item and note on your returns form a new purchase has been made, we will then be able to refund your original purchase.
If you believe your item is faulty please emailprior to sending them back, as a different procedure applies.
